Since 2021 we have made a number of changes in the professional field: for example, all employees have done a “performance assessment” (professional evaluation) and from January every month one employee will be honored who has delivered a special performance in the hospital. The employee of the month for January is Hassan Bangura, community health officer. Hassan is the initiator of the dental project; has outreached several times in January; given presentations on the radio; dental treatments and also found time to continue his 'normal' work in the hospital (including services). We are very proud of him. Congratulations, Hassan!
