The management gave this honorable title to one of our longest-serving employees: lab technician Mohamed Foray. Foray is a very loyal and hard-working colleague. He was educated in Bo, where his family still lives, but an NGO brought him to the clinic in Yele for a malaria project. He stuck around to help the clinic, even after the project was shut down. When Lion Heart wanted to set up a hospital in 2011, she regularly hired Foray to do tests and less than a year later he was given a full contract. Foray has never left and we hope to be able to rely on him for many years to come!
Help us make our hospital independent. That can be done in different ways. For example, you can make a one-off donation, authorize us to make a monthly donation or help us in kind. You can read all about it on our pages to donate en help you with.
