There are a number of People Leaders within our hospital. These are managers with staff under them. During a special training, the focus was on conducting performance management discussions and helping employees in their development. The aim was to provide managers with tools to find the right tone for this type of conversation. Positive, focused on employee development, but to mention the real issues for improvement. At the end there was a diploma.
