Next stop in our Hospital Tour is the Facility Department, which can be found at the car park, turning right after entering the Hospital Gate. The Facility Team is the cornerstone of the hospital, responsible for maintenance, accommodation, logistics, and the overall safety and security of the Lion Heart Medical Center. Moses Bangura is the Facility Manager He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of logistics and maintenance within the hospital. He also supervises the security personnel and cleaners.
Mustapha Kanneh serves as the Mechanic and Driver. He is popularly known as the “Car Doctor” due to his expertise in vehicle maintenance, but he also knows a lot about electricity. Machiel A. William is a Driver. The facility team is currently understaffed. That’s why Saidu Sankoh, the Wash Supervisor (middle), also provides mechanical assistance when needed. Together, this team ensures the smooth operation, maintenance, accommodation services, logistics support, and safety of the Lion Heart Medical Center!
